Short answer: Absolutely not.
Anyone who can breathe can practice Yoga and Pranayama. Age is never a barrier—all it takes is an awareness of your breath and a willingness to move. However, our primary focus is supporting adults aged 40 and above.
If you’ve started noticing stiff shoulders in the morning, a dull ache in your lower back, or neck strain after a typical workday, you aren’t alone. As our bodies mature, routine daily activities can start feeling surprisingly draining.
Our specialized sessions are designed specifically to:
Relieve lingering discomfort: Target the root causes of back, neck, and shoulder stiffness.
Restore natural mobility: Make everyday movements feel smooth, light, and effortless.
Build lasting resilience: Help you feel stronger, healthier, and more energized than ever before. Your 40s and beyond shouldn’t be about managing pain—they should be about feeling your best.

Morning is best before we get into our regular activities.
Our program is specifically designed for beginners! With over 15 years of experience, we believe in a slow, steady, and gentle approach that prioritizes safe movement with zero injury.
